Data Protection Policy

We attach great importance to the protection of personal data, therefore, in connection with the entry into force of changes resulting from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we inform you below about the principles of personal data processing and your related rights.

INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR PERSONS PARTICIPATING IN RECRUITMENT

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 (hereinafter: GDPR), we inform that:

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process:
    1. for employment contracts based on the fulfillment of the legal obligation imposed on the administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) resulting from Art. 22 of the Labor Code
      and your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) to the processing of data going beyond the catalog specified in the Labor Code,
    2. for civil law contracts based on the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
      and your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) to the processing of data.

    3. Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of future recruitment if you express your separate consent to such processing in accordance with the basis of Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR.

       

    4. Your data may be processed for the purpose of pursuing and defending against claims based on the legitimate interest of the administrator
      – art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR.

  4. Your personal data will be transferred to recruitment portal providers, e-mail hosting providers, Poczta Polska S.A. and other entities when required by law.

  5. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.

  6. Your personal data will be processed until the recruitment process is completed/claims expire. *If you consent to future recruitment, the data will be processed until you withdraw your consent, but no longer than 6 months.

  7. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, withdraw consent
    at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out
    on the basis of consent before its withdrawal and to express objections.

  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will make it impossible to participate
    in the recruitment process.

  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the law.

  10. Your data will not be used for automated decision-making,
    including profiling, which has legal or legal effects on you. significantly affects you in a similar way.
