We specialise in the precision machining of aluminium profiles using several multi-axis numerically controlled (CNC) machining centres. The scope of services includes:

• milling of surfaces and holes
• drilling and threading of holes
• engraving
• cutting profile ends using an angle head
• undercuts of profile ends

• length of machined elements up to 9 m
• height of machined elements up to 0.4 m
• width of machined elements up to 0.5 m
• machining accuracy - 0.1 mm/m
• machining of six sides of the profile using a single clamp - top, bottom, front, rear and front surfaces of the profile
