Care for the natural environment is one of the key elements of Extral’s Integrated Management System Policy.
Extral Sp. z o.o. operates in the field of aluminium profile design and production as well as fabrication. Our goal is to meet customer requirements, maintain an appropriate quality level of our services, and care for the natural environment as well as the safety of employees and products.
Integrated Management System and Energy Management System Policy
Extral Sp. z o.o. is engaged in the production of low-emission aluminium billets and the production of aluminium profiles by extrusion.
The company also offers a wide range of services in the field of machining mechanical and surface treatment. Our goal is customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest level of quality in the services we provide, as well as caring for the natural environment and the safety of our employees.
Thanks to the integration of the Quality Management System based on EN ISO 9001:2015 with the Environmental Management System based on EN ISO 14001:2015 and the Energy Management System based on EN ISO 50001:2018, we achieve our goals both in our relations with customers and in our relations with the local community, while caring for the well-being of our employees and the natural environment.
We achieve our goals by:

- Sustainable use of resources and systematic improvement of environmental impact parameters caused by production activities through:
- Reduction of energy and raw material consumption.
- Reduction of emissions into the environment and water pollution.
- Increasing the amount of economically utilised post-production waste and improving energy performance.
- Implementing pro-environmental technologies and projects.
- Increasing the use of recycled materials in production and the management and support of the disposal of waste generated in the production process.
- Creating safe, environmentally friendly and innovative employee behaviour through continuous improvement of qualifications and involvement in internal organisational activities.
- Compliance with applicable legal regulations and other requirements relating to quality, environmental, energy use, efficiency and consumption aspects, and others.
- Involving all employees in the implementation of the Integrated Management System requirements in accordance with their duties, competences and responsibilities.
- Continuously improving and refining activities in relation to the environment, energy performance, employee safety and customer satisfaction.
- Supporting purchasing and design processes that take energy efficiency aspects into account.
On behalf of the entire staff, I declare that this IMS Policy is understood, implemented, communicated, maintained and will be continuously updated at all levels of the organisation, including companies cooperating with Extral.
One of the basic tasks carried out as part of the Environmental Management System is the continuous monitoring and strict supervision of identified environmental aspects and minimising their negative impact on the environment. One of the basic tasks carried out as part of the Energy Management System is the continuous monitoring of the company’s energy performance and its improvement through the introduction of improvements that increase the energy efficiency of the processes carried out.
