CDP is a rating platform (non-profit organization focused on environmental issues)

It operates a global system for collecting and disclosing data on the environmental impact of investors, companies, cities and regions. Since 2002, thanks to CDP, more than 50,000 companies have disclosed their environmental impact. CDP is recognised as one of the most reliable ranking organisations dealing with this topic.

Based on the information disclosed by companies and cities about their activities, CDP prepares annual summary reports to motivate and raise awareness of the need to take pro-environmental action related to climate change, water security and deforestation, and from 2023 also biodiversity protection.
