WHAT IS ESG?

Corporate social responsibility (ESG) is a fundamental element of Extral's value system. The aim of the strategy is to promote and monitor the implementation of ESG objectives. Extral's goal is to develop its business activities while maintaining the highest standards in the areas of employee, customer and contractor relations, environmental protection and social activities.

In each area, we have set priorities and identified actions to achieve them. We pursue our ESG goals by respecting human rights and fulfilling a number of obligations arising from the implementation of ISO and other standards.

Environmental, Social and Governance

Environmental

places particular emphasis on issues related to efforts to halt climate change and analyse the impact of a given company's activities in this area.

Social

focuses on issues related to human rights and, in the context of the company's operations, employees.

Governance

relates to issues that most often arise in the context of legal regulations.

The term CSR, which has been in use until now and stands for corporate social responsibility, is currently within the scope of ESG.
