QUALITY CONTROL
Product verification is carried out by our highly qualified quality control staff using modern equipment:
- coordinate measuring machine
- coordinate measuring arm
- devices for measuring coating thickness,
- devices for measuring surface roughness,/li>
- high-quality basic measuring equipment – calipers and measuring rulers with data transfer from measurements to the system
- dedicated control stations for checking mountability, light chambers for verifying surface quality and much more.
The HEXAGON GLOBAL CLASSIC 09.300.8 coordinate measuring machine belongs to the latest generation of bridge-type coordinate measuring machines.
The device offers very high measurement precision (±2.5µm) while maintaining speed. Additionally, thanks to the increased working area (granite plate length 3500mm), it is possible to control profiles with a wide dimensional range with high accuracy.
Both the machine and the laboratory environment work with measuring sensor technologies. The conditions in the room are closely monitored to ensure the right temperature and humidity. This helps to ensure the stability of measurements and results, both automatic and conventional.
The laboratory also ensures development by performing tests, analyses and providing the necessary results to enable continuous development and improvement of processes in the manufacturing department.
