NEW PRODUCTION POSSIBILITIES

We are pleased to announce that the new line equipped with a 10-inch fully automatic press with a pressure of up to 4,000 tons has started its work, thanks to which the Extral company will open up to new possibilities and increase the range of extruded profiles. The launch of the pilot line will allow the company to start the next stage of research on the implementation of innovative profiles with uniform functional properties, manufactured using an autonomous system of continuous regulation and optimization of the extrusion process.

These studies are carried out under the project no. POIR.01.01.01-00-0238 / 20 and co-financed by the European Union under the Fast Track program, which is part of the Intelligent Development Operational Program 2014-2020. Extral focuses on sustainable development and that is why the new press has the most modern, energy-saving systems, such as: the E.S.S. hydraulic pump system, a highly productive gas furnace and a Z.P.E. for heating the ingots.
