Sales Specialist (M/F/X)
Our requirements
- Experience in B2B sales and customer service.
- Good command of English enabling effective business communication.
- Ability to acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships.
- Independence, responsibility and strong organisational skills.
- Proactive approach and commitment to assigned tasks.
- Ability to cooperate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel on business and a valid category B driving licence.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of German
Your tasks
- Managing customer orders and sales activities within the assigned region.
- Preparing commercial offers, order confirmations and sales-related documentation.
- Supporting the preparation and execution of sales budgets.
- Coordinating order fulfilment in cooperation with other company departments.
- Identifying customer needs during the order fulfilment process and supervising commercial documentation.
- Actively acquiring new customers.
- Monitoring receivables and supporting activities related to timely payments.
- Reporting sales activities.
